3 Simple Tips to Eliminate Stomach Fat

Stomach fat is a huge problem not only for overweight people but for people in a healthy weight range and it becomes increasingly hard to shed as you age. It’s the most worrying form of fat storage as it’s linked to heart conditions and diabetes.
I use the following tips to eliminate stomach fat to keep my stomach trim and help keep it toned and lean. They involve very simply diet changes and exercises focused on common problem areas.
Tip 1 - Increase Fiber Intake
Probably the easiest way to start burning fatter from your stomach and help your digestive system deal with all the foods you eat on a daily basis, without holding onto it and making you appear bloated and overweight.
High fiber foods help the digest tract inside your stomach remove toxins from the body and process all the foods and extract all the vitamins and minerals while removing unwanted waste.
Next time you’re at the supermarket take a careful look at the ingredients on some of the products your buying and simply pick the ones with a higher fiber content. This is just one simple way to get benefit of fat burning fiber in your diet.
Tip 2 - Increase Healthy Fat Intake
Many dieters, diet tip, are dead scared of eating fats and they avoid them like the plague but its this type of behaviour that leaves our bodies in fat storing mode because the body won’t know when it will be able to get it hands on fat again.
You can help your body to use fat as fuel source by including healthy fats from nuts, avocado’s, fish and olive oil’s in your diet and give your body the chance to burn your stomach fat to use for energy.
Tip 3 - Abdominal oblique exercise
I’m sure many of you already do some sort of ab training whether it be simple, diet tip, sit ups and crunches or using a special ab lounge type machine but there is always a common part of the abdominal muscles ignored due to how tough they can be to train.
We tend to ignore the obliques or side abdominal muscles but by focusing on our weak muscle groups we can help to achieve a tighter more toned stomach. I used to ignore this type of exercise completely but when I knuckled down and started them for me it was amazing how much it helped the appearance of my stomach. With weak side abdominal muscles your stomach can hang out at the sides and it’s a quick fix to focus on oblique exercises.
