hi, i’m in my second week on the course and i’m starting to see results. i’ve just began using supplements like whey powder and i now eat loads of eggs and other dairy to compensate for my vegetarian diet. i was wondering weather L-glutamine and Creatine supplements are necessary as well and if so, are certain kinds of supplements better than others supplements?, capsules over powder for example? thanks,
ganesh
James, Ive purchased the Pro Lab Creatine recently and it has been working well,
My mates call me “Clark Kent” now haha. It feels really great, cus I’m not even that big, but they can tell I’ve been weight lifting.
My arms would’ve been around 13″ when I first started out, I got them to about 13.5″, and now they’re 14.2″. It feels good.
I have to say a lot of the new mass is in the triceps…my bench press has helped very much with these gains.
I’m also on whey protein, but have eaten a lot more good whole foods.
I’m weight lifting to gain 15″ arms, then see what happens from there. I wanna weight lift to get a big chest!!
Folks - I need an weight training exercise that stresses the upper bicep and the very front delt (not at the same time of course).
I know why you are all looking in here! Same reason im writing this post… Everyone wants em, simple.
So then i pray to you, as the gods of muscles.
What are the best exersices and practices for getting “rippleing abs” and please don mention diet i know about the food bits but i would like to know you sugestions on exercises and alike.
Regards,
Lee
Instead of sticking to one thing and doing it well or long enough to even finish , I see alot of people all of a sudden switch programs when the going gets tough or at the point that would mean pushing harder or more consistently than they personally ever have
I used Anthony Ellis’ program Gain Mass for about 2 years until I discovered James’ program. I have nothing but respect and good things to say about Anthony and his Gain Mass program.
I started out about 6 or 7 weeks ago (? I think)
Since then I’ve gained 22 pounds and my body fat has remained more or less the same.
